Our journey began in Ontario in June 2004 with the incorporation of our first company to provide dependable, practical, and professional support to individuals and businesses in managing their financial and regulatory responsibilities.

What began as a single company has, over time, grown into a group of closely connected sister companies, with additional entities incorporated in Oct 2014, Sep 2023, Nov 2024 and May 2025. Each company was formed to serve a specific need, while working in coordination under a unified vision.

Munir Uddin founded The Acctax Company Inc. in 2023 after 17+ years working in accounting and tax across diverse industries. His experience spans personal tax returns, corporate filings, GST/HST compliance, payroll remittances, and CRA audit support. Before launching The Acctax Company Inc, Munir observed that small business clients often received the least attention from traditional accounting firms despite needing the most guidance. Complex tax situations don’t require complex communication.

Clear processes and consistent follow-through solve more problems than credentials alone. Munir built The Acctax Company Inc. around a simple principle: every client deserves an accountant who answers the phone, explains the numbers, and files on time. That principle guides every engagement.
